Simple rule....

the sign says "parking by permit only, violators will be towed"I pull in and there is a car in my spot I call the building manager

Me: there is a car in my spot i need it towed

BM: are you sure you don't want to wait and see if they'll move it

Me: no, it's 1130 and I want the car out of my spot.

BM: are you sure

Me: Sorry I have no sympathy for people who park where they shouldn't and in a place I pay extra for, I want them towed.

BM: ok I'll call the truck.
