Lilduckweed

Well… my Valentine's Day was much more then I had planned for. I made Rob promise me about 2 weeks ago that we wouldn't be doing anything fancy, just cards and that is it. So yesterday before work I was drinking my coffee and Rob had his "I have a secret" grin, (and not the mean "I have a secret and I am not going to tell you about it because I'm an asshole" grin that my CGXBF had.) so I kept asking "what did you do?" over and over and every time he told me nothing the grin got bigger. He didn't tell me what he had done but I knew as soon as I walked into work and our receptionist said Hello and that I had a delivery. He sent me roses at work and I said the exact same thing when he bought the engagement ring I told him not to buy "That jack ass". The receptionist laughed and I told her I was going to call him worse names when I called him. And I did. My sweet romantic jack ass husband sent me flowers at work… no one has done that before but it was really kinda cool.


What we did have planned for Valentine's Day was the delivery of our new sofa.


I even slept on it part of last night. It is comfy!! And the cats seem to love it. The best part is it was dropped off an hour sooner then we thought it would be.
I had a really good Wednesday.
